January 1, 2018

While everyone likes to make fun of the saying, “new year, new me,” I think it serves its purpose. Let’s be honest, we all want to do better, make more money and generate income. So what’s wrong with a “new you.” I’m not saying you must completely change who you are but there is no way you can reach your goals by doing the same things. I did some research. Being new has several meanings, some which include advancement, discovering, not existing before, etc. My favorite is already experienced but now acquiring recently.

I’m excited about the year 2018 because I know it will be better than last year! How do I know? Well I’m glad you asked lol. I spend most of my time preparing for what is to come. If I am ready, then I know I am on route to reaching my goal. I know that I cannot receive what I have not achieved and to get things done, I must prepare. In my opinion, not being ready for an opportunity is just as bad as not having one at all. What good will it bring you to have your name called from the bench if you’re not ready to play ball. In some ball games, they have this saying, “see ball, get ball.” This year, I am going all the way. No doubting or second guessing, just pure confidence.

It’s such a beautiful time to live in the moment. Of course, there are some things I would have liked to go different but the lessons I have learned was well worth it. Going into this year I will continue to motivate with love, take risks, dominate, grow, believe in the power of love and most importantly, take care of myself! I hope this makes you feel better about your “new year, new me” list. Join me today and writing your thoughts on paper so we can win together!
